COMPIRICUS AG is an internationally oriented software provider and consulting partner specializing in finance, as well as treasury, asset and risk management. Our employees have many years’ professional experience in the finance sector or in management consulting.
Our employees own all our corporate shares. As a result, our strategic decisions can be made independently. Our customer relations are established with a long term view and are based on partnership.
Our company headquarters are in Neuss, close to Düsseldorf and Cologne, the most important insurance locations in Germany. We also have offices in the banking and stock exchange centre of Frankfurt.
For enhancing our position in the US market, we set up COMPIRICUS Inc. in July 2011 with offices in Boston.
Internally, COMPIRICUS is split into the following four divisions:

Implementation and Solution Management of our Software Products

ERP Implementation and Management Consulting
While the first two divisions have more of a technical and methodical slant, the second two divisions deal with business and organizational matters.

The Executive Board of COMPIRICUS AG is comprised of Michael Mansen, COO, and Jörg Pappert, CEO. Our extended board includes Directors Thorsten Au and Marcus Reinsfelder.
